On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the four-year educational study programme in Mathematics and Physics in Rijeka, the Department of Educational Physics of the Faculty of Physics, University of Rijeka is organizing the international scientific conference ''Physics education challenges'', which will be held at the Faculty of Physics of the University of Rijeka and online on June 5, 2024.
The all-day conference is dedicated to the challenges of physics education, from the latest research in educational physics to reflections on society's need for physicists and physics teachers. It will include invited talks (25 min + 5 min), short presentations (10 min + 5 min) by registered speakers and a forum. The invited speakers are eminent scientists in the field of physics education
There is no registration fee for the conference. It will be organized as a hybrid and you can participate both online and onsite. You can participate with or without a presentation.
